Product Questions

Are there any carbs in your products?

Check the supplement facts panel on each product.  There are no carbs in the Carnitine, Green Tea, or Nitric Oxide products.  

Does your green tea extract ONLY burn fat? No muscle breakdown?

Yes, green tea leaf extract is a metabolism booster which helps fat burning. Any muscle breakdown is primarily going to come from dietary factors such as not enough calories to sustain anabolic muscle growth. Overtraining is also a more probable factor in muscle breakdown.

How many milligrams of caffeine are in your green tea extract?

The green tea leaf extract product is less than 1% caffeine by weight. One capsule which contains 735mg of green tea leaf extract therefore contains about 7.35mg or less of caffeine.

Can I take your nitric oxide booster for strength training or powerlifting?

Yes, even people who compete can take this formula. This is an amino-based blend which provides premium support for various activities including bodybuilding, strength training, powerlifting, sports & athletics.

Does your nitric oxide booster work for bodybuilders?

Yes, nitric oxide is a favorite for bodybuilders before lifts.

Is your nitric oxide booster a pre-workout?

Nitric oxide is most beneficial prior to exercise & definitely can be taken pre-workout. This isn’t your traditional pre-workout formula with all the stimulants, this is a pump-based formula benefitting vasodilation & lean muscle mass.

How does your carnitine work exactly?

Acetyl l-carnitine is the primary ingredient in Carnitine 1500 which helps transport long-chain fatty acids within the body. Is each capsule of carnitine 750mg?

Yes each individual vegetarian capsule is 750mg. 2 capsules per serving = 1500mg per serving.

What are the actual sizes of these carnitine capsules?

The veggie capsule is approximately the length of a quarter, with an oblong capsule shape, containing 750 mg in volume.

Is there a difference in CLA & Tonalin CLA?

There is a difference. The Tonalin CLA source claims higher dosage of certain isomers. Looking beyond specific isomers, many customers choose percentage of CLA and where it’s derived as a way to read into the quality & effectiveness of the product. Does CLA have caffeine??

How many milligrams of CLA per softgel?

Each softgel contains 1500mg CLA, standardized 80% from safflower seed oil. 2 softgels per 1 3000mg serving.

Will nitric oxide help you gain weight?

Nitric oxide adds lean muscle mass by allowing for harder reps / muscle breakdown while weight training. Diet is necessary as a recovery agent, along with quality ratios of protein + carb + fat, in order to measure what kind of weight you will gain over time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you store my financial details?

We only have access to order information such as name & address to fulfill your order.  The financial part of the transaction is handled by Square or PayPal.  To learn more about what information we store, please visit our privacy policy.

How are your payments processed?

Credit card payments, Apple Pay payments and Google Pay payments are processed through Square.  PayPal payments are processed through PayPal.  Once you reach the payment step of checkout, you have the option to choose your payment method.

When will I get my order?

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, your can expect your order to process by the next business day.  Tracking number will be available soon after processing.  We will provide one as soon as it becomes available to us.  An order may be processed & in-transit while we await tracking number details to provide you.

Below are a few examples of how your order may be processed:

  • Your order is placed on a Monday before 2pm central – it will ship before Tuesday end of day.
  • Your order is placed on a Monday after 2pm central – it will ship before Wednesday end of day.
  • Your order is placed on a Sunday – it will ship before Tuesday end of day.
  • Your order is placed on a Thursday before 2pm central – it will ship before Friday end of day.
  • Your order is placed on a Thursday after 2pm central – it will ship before the following Monday end of day.

Your order still may ship out the same business day.  And holidays may also affect order processing.

Shipment options are available at checkout.  We offer standard shipping (free with any order over $25), and expedited shipping options.  

  • Standard shipping to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) typically takes 3-7 days.
  • Expedited shipping to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states) typically takes 1-3 days.
  • Standard shipping to the Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, U.S. protectorates, Puerto Rico, etc. typically takes 7-10 days.
  • Expedited shipping to the Alaska, Hawaii, APO locations, U.S. protectorates, Puerto Rico, etc. typically takes 4-7 days.

How do I place an order?

No account necessary.  Just checkout as guest if you’d like.
