Damaged or Defective Items
If for whatever reason you received an item from us in a damaged or defective form – contact us with details about your damaged item along with your Order ID #. Then email us at contact [at] vitamorph.com & write “Damaged Item” in the subject line & we will authorize a return/replacement for you.
